Born in Quincy, MA, Joe was the son of Joseph G. Foy Sr and Geraldine M. Joe graduated from Western Michigan University and found great satisfaction in his work with the U. S. Postal Service; his church, St Augustine Catholic Church; and his community through the Lions Club, community theater and scores of softball, baseball and bowling leagues over the years. And Joe and Joan found many friends in their southern home in Clearwater, FL in recent years. An inveterate storyteller, Joe could make any gathering more memorable. For that, and more, he will be missed, but never forgotten.
