Joyce L. Ostrander's Obituary
Joyce L. Ostrander, was born New Year’s Day, January 1, 1931 and lived a full life until July 25, 2017. Joyce, a Safety Harbor resident, is survived by four children; Sabrina Peacock, Kim Dickey, Park Alsop and Mary Berry.
Joy lived a life driven by the Golden Rule, the more accessories the better, chasing a deal at a local consignment shop and her deep love and respect for her children and friends. As we put our Matriarch, our protector and our Mom to rest, we can all look upward and smile knowing she is watching over all of us.
In lieu of flowers, I know Joy would much rather see a donation go to her favorite charity; The Humane Society.
