I'm very sorry and sad that Margaret has passed, but she passed along so many great memories. Our family met with them for many Thanksgivings and Christmas dinners and great fun. There was a piano in their front room and there wasn't a time when we didn't do singing. About the time I was in High School, I was taking singing lessons, and was always asked to sing a solo at their home. When I was young, ca 10 perhaps when she would be at our home in Ypsilanti and baby-sitting the three of us; she always wanted to kiss me goodnight and I would always try to avoid that, but loved her for that throughout my life. I met up with her one time in 1962, after getting out of the army. I was quite stunned at the progress of the school she was helping to establish, the Timothy Academy. She and her family visited us at our Long Lake Cottage many times. It was always a fun time for our summer vacation. I'm sorry I'm so late to add this, although her nephew had told me about her death. At almost 87, I'm writing memoirs, and collecting so much material, and memories, I hope I live until I can get it all down.
