I remember when Joy and I first met Rachel. She asked about our family and then asked Joy if she 'worked outside the home'. Others would have asked what Joy did for work. Rachel understood that the toughest job was being a mother and it is well rewarded work as the children developed into responsible adults. We will never forget that phrase 'Do you work outside the home?'. Thank you Rachel and rest in peace.
