Mark was a wonderful human being and a dedicated police officer. It was an honor to serve with him. My sincere condolences to his wife and family.
I never got to know Mark very well, but always enjoyed engaging him in conversation. He seemed to always have a different perspective from what I was used to. Never could quite tell if he was messing with me or enjoying the conversation! I do know I'm going to miss seeing him at family reunions!
