I first met Maude back in 1956 when Sarah became my first best friend in Florida. I spent many sleepovers at their home and Maude was always making us laugh. Once I was old enough to ride the city bus, I made it a point to go to Brown Brothers as often as possible to see Mr. and Mrs. Brown and drink a cherry coke. Maude was also instrumental in my joining Rainbow Girls. The Brown family have provided me with some very special memories that I get to hold on to and I thank Maude for that. Rest in peace. Leslie
