Neil's family, Met Neil while we worked in the funeral business. I was always impressed with his willingness to help others, and enjoyed listening to stories from his NYPD days. We always enjoyed the company of each other. Got speed my friend.
I worked with Neil at the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and he was a great guy. Neil was always willing to provide good advice to the younger Deputies due to his wealth of knowledge in law enforcement. Rest in Peace my Friend. Brian D'Amico

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Arfmann a few times, as I worked with his son, Neil, on the Clearwater Police Department. I truly admire his life long service as an Armed Forces Combat Veteran, and a long-time Law Enforcement Officer. I sincerely offer my heartfelt condolences to his family, and I thank him for his service...may he rest in eternal peace.
