Renate E. Armitage's Obituary
Renate Elizabeth Armitage, 66, of Clearwater, FL passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 at Mease Countryside Hospital. She was born March 22, 1956 in Ankara, Turkey to George and Ida (Merfeld) Armitage who have preceded her in death. A long time resident of Clearwater, Renate was a Clearwater High School graduate , c/o 1974 and completed her undergraduate and graduate degree at USF, Tampa. She worked for Allstate in Insurance sales and in her free time enjoyed hiking, travel and was a wine enthusiast. Renate is survived by her fur babies, Angelina and Asher; siblings, Russell (Katherine) Armitage, Gisela "Gigi" (Mark) Pitner, Frank (Sharon) Armitage and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Wednesday, May 11th, at Moss Feaster Funeral Home. Please join for the Gathering of Friends from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM with a Memorial Service to follow at 7:00 PM.
