I'll never forget the time you were yelling at me before I went for my surgery. You were mad at me because you didn't have my phone number and didn't know how you could check up on me. You were truly an original, and I will truly miss you. Dean
I worked with rod for ten years at UPS, and can definitely say I've never met another person like him. I was his supervisor there and will never forget the relationship we had year in and year out! He was hilarious. I remember when my supervisors made me go inside his trucks to do an evaluation on him and his methods of unloading trucks. I would actually love it. I'd go in there and say "dont worry hot rod, we're just gonna act like I'm writing junk down and yelling at ya but you know it's bull crap." Then we talk football and life, I will always remember him asking me almost everyday "So how's life man? Tell me what's been going on?" He'd always wanna know how I was doing. I went through a horrible divorce and took it hard and he always asked me how was holding up and asking me how my daughters were. Below is hot-headed exterior my man hot rod had to put on at work, I could tell deep down he was a kind and caring soul who really cared about other people. I havent seen him in a couple years since I left UPS but I'll never forget him, and all our long conversations in those dam trucks! I'll miss ya buddy! Dont bark at anyone in heaven man, least to ya get settled in! Rest in peace bro!
Sincerely,
Chris mazzola
