Rod Zuck's Obituary
Rodney (Rod) Lee Zuck passed away peacefully on Oct 14, 2023. Rod was born on April 10, 1967, in Waterloo, Iowa. He was employed by UPS for 15 years and Walmart for 5 years. Prior to that he worked for Signature Flight support at the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport for over 10 years.
Rod was the youngest of eleven children, a lifelong Iowa Hawkeyes fan, and an avid race fan. He was involved in auto racing for over 30 yrs. Working as a crew member for Holly Motorsports, Ingram Motorsports and O'Lone racing. Rod was also a true Clearwater Tornados fan for many years, having coached their youth teams in his younger years. Rod played football and basketball in high school and loved bowling with his team at Dunedin Lanes.
Rod leaves behind a loving and devoted wife Debbie, and faithful pup, Daisy.
Rod is predeceased by his parents Merle and Clementine Zuck. He was also predeceased by hia siblings Merle Zuck Jr., Sandy & Jim Dirks, Peggy Zuck, Becky Zuck, Thomas Zuck and Karen Zuck. Rod is survived by Bill & Marty Zuck, Waterloo, Iowa, Mike Zuck, Des Moines, Iowa, Steve Zuck, Waterloo, Iowa, Keith Zuck & Stephanie Jessup, Iowa, Sharon Zuck & Pete, Missouri, the O’Lone and the Holly Families, along with many nieces and nephews who love him dearly.
