Bouchard, Roger Ovide, 88, passed away peacefully in his Palm Harbor home Sunday, October 19, 2014. Originally from Topsfield, Massachusetts, he moved to St. Petersburg at the age of 15, graduated from St. Petersburg High School i Read Obituary
I wanted to send my condolences to the Bouchard family. Your dad was a great man. Though I didn't know him well or for very long I did get his work ethic and the ability to work hard and still have fun. I still have a beautiful letter opener made Roger. I used it today, in fact. I have many fond memories of our times in the "trailer" at U of F made possible by his generosity. He will be dearly missed. Patrick Brett
