Sandra Kay Kauffer's Obituary
Sandra Kay Kauffer (Hughes) passed away on October 24, 2022, near Tampa, FL where she had resided for more than 28 years. She grew up in Ashton, WV, and spent most of the early part of her life in Point Pleasant, WV before leaving for the sunshine state. Sandra was a loving, caring person. She loved adventure and meeting new people. She never met a book she wouldn’t read or a person she couldn’t connect with.
