Gregg and family, I am so sorry to hear about Sandy's passing. We enjoyed and shared many family times together with Sandy. She was intelligent, driven, poised and a wonderful example of a very accomplished career woman. I have enjoyed staying in touch with her. Sally was an owner in Waters Edge where I work. She was a fantastic; energetic, and all around fun. I used to love talking golf with her and on many occasions she would give me her passes to the people tournament. I am going to miss the golf conversations. RIP golfer girl.

I met Sandy while I was doing a marketing campaign for Morton Plant Mease and she agreed to let me interview her. We instantly bonded and she was such an inspiration and source of strength. She later provided much needed advice and an ear to listen when my own mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was so sad to hear of her passing. She was an amazing woman.
We met Sandy through mutual friends. Several times we enjoyed her attending the Florida Orchestra concerts with us. Afterward, we would enjoy a meal together and that’s where we really got to know Sandy and the remarkable person she was. She will certainly be missed.
Sandy and I were nursing school "besties" when we were students in Pittsburgh so long ago. We continued to visit every few years, more often when we both lived in MA. Our last visit was 6 or 7 years ago in FL when Sandy was looking after her Dad in his final days, and at the same time courageously fighting her own battle. Sandy & I were introduced at the Clearwater Free Clinic several years ago & realized very soon that we both had similar interests in common, including nursing, golf, & travel, the latter when we were planning to take a cruise together, but unfortunately, that never happened. Rest In Peace, Sandy.

That photo of Sandi goes way back to her Maple Glen, Pa days but we were friends before that.
She was always up for a fun time, whether it was our shore days together, the parties she threw ( the one on Montgomery Ave) or our dating days and the laughs we had together.
She had a well lived life and was a good daughter to her parents.
My condolences to her brother and family.

have been close friends of Sandy since we all moved to Belleair in 1999. Many memorable, fun times golfing, cruising and socializing.

My memories of Sandy span 24 years when I first met her at BCC. We became fast golfing friends , playing many rounds at BCC, going to the Masters . Our friendship expanded beyond the golf course and she became a friend to my husband as well. I will remember Sandy as a strong woman , a generous woman , a smart woman, an opinionated woman , a competitive woman, an appreciative woman , a determined woman . Sandy was a wonderful golfer and an even better person. She had a fabulous sense of humor, I spent a lot of time laughing when I was with her. I was on several community boards with her and she was generous to those organizations. We will all miss her!
