Our deepest condolences on your loss. May you be comforted by the outpouring of love and fond memories of Scott during this difficult time. On three occasions, we had the honor of spending time with Scott and watching him interact with his family. One thing was obvious, Scott was devoted to and fiercely loved his parents, five daughters and three grandchildren! When we met Scott for the first time, we both walked away with the same impression - "what a nice guy"! Scott made a huge impression on the lives of many during his short stay on this earth - he will be missed.

Scott as a friend, coworker and mentor. We had many great story's together while traveling. One that sticks out was about our meals. Scott loved his food! While in Texas we found out that one of the country's best steakhouses was nearby. We ate crap cheap food all week from McDonald's, all just so we could go big on a banging meal!!!! Years later he would still talk about Sharron's Brisket with his mouth watering!
I started working with Scott about a year and a half ago when I joined CVB. From the beginning, Scott was such a pleasure to work with and I will truly miss our daily chats. He always had a positive attitude no matter how stressful things got. I recently gave birth to my second baby girl. During my pregnancy, Scott would talk with me with such admiration about his own daughters and about how much he loved being a father of all girls. I loved Scott's perspective on life. You don't get to meet people like Scott often in life and I am deeply saddened at the fact that I did not get to say goodbye to him. My prayers and condolences go out to his family and loved ones. RIP my friend.
Scott was truly a pleasure to work with, and will be missed by many. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his friends and family.

Scott was a great person to work with. He had a gift for maintaining a nonchalant attitude when things started to get hectic. I'm going to miss his sense of humor and the military stories he liked to tell.
