Steve and I go back to our days as UF Journalism students in the late '70s. We reconnected years later as tennis buddies in Clearwater and I'm not sure I was ever able to beat him. He was passionate about sports (esp UF), passionate about his moving business, passionate about having fun, passionate about life, always seeking new adventure.

We lost track of each other years ago but I never stopped remembering the laughs or the crazy fun times we shared. Steve was a great guy. I am so sorry to read that he's gone. I'll miss you, Strangeman.

Steve was a wild and crazy Martin. He always had a beer in his hand and a dollar to bet on his Golf game. We had some wild times with women ,parties, and boating. I would not recommend Steve as a boat driver.
