Tandy F. Lane, age 78 of Dunedin, Florida died Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin.He was born July 21, 1935 in Jefferson City, Tennessee, the son of Fred M. Lane and Georgia Shropshire Lane.On June 14, 2003 he married Helen Ruth Livingston in Dunedin, Florida. He was a faithful member of the North Dunedin Baptist Church. His hobbies were to hunt and fish whenever he had the opportunity.Tandy is survived by his loving wife, Helen Ruth Lane of the home, one son, Lynn Lane and his wife Sally of Dayton, Tennessee, one daughter, Lisa Snider of North Augusta, South Carolina, four stepchildren, two brothers, John Lane and his wife Helen of North Dakota, Fred Lane and his wife Patricia of Deland, Florida, six grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron and Kelly Lane, Christopher and Stephanie Snider, two great grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, and five step-great grandchildren.A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00am, Friday, February 7, 2014 at the Moss Feaster Funeral Home in Dunedin, Florida. Funeral services will be held following the visitation at the funeral home at 11:00am, with Dr. Andrew Strachan officiating. Vicky Garcia will be playing the harp and Madge Ladd will be the violinist.Burial will follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, Florida. Pallbearers will be Christopher Snider, Tyler Lane, Cam Lane, Kelly Lane, Dan Folik and Guy Kunnen.Friends and family may sign the guest book at www.mossfeasterdunedin.com
