Thomas D. Barcus' Obituary
Thomas David Barcus Jr., oldest son of Marilyn and Thomas Barcus, passed away peacefully at the age of 60 on May 24, 2022 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Thomas is survived by his loving, devoted wife of 28 years, Sharon Barcus. The couple shared three children; Elizabeth (& Daniel), Dee (& Nicholas), and Greg (& Beth) and four grandsons; Ezra, David, Luke, and Noah.
Thomas was a Veteran having served 10 years in the United States Air Force. He was, by all accounts, a “handyman” who loved to create and repair things in his garage. He could most often be found there working on home improvements or vehicle upgrades. He was a kid at heart with a never-ending sense of humor that was appreciated by so many. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed sharing camping trips with his family. He also enjoyed watching the sunset on the beautiful beaches in Clearwater. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.
