I will always remember her warm smile and the way that so many people loved her. Always smile hearing stories of how my grandmother and her would sit around sharing jokes and laughing together.❤️

My aunt Billo had a beautiful soul, sweet to everyone she met and, loved her entire family with all her heart. She was a like a second mother to me, we could talk about everything and, always had great advice. I will forever carry her love in my heart.

I got the privilege of meeting this beautiful soft spoken woman my BFF called mom in the 80s when they lived at 230 Clinton. Lina always welcomed me into her home. I made many visits and many times she fed me too. I remember eating London broil for the first time at her home. Boy it was so good! She was the most sweetest loving friend mom I ever came to know. Lina had quite the sense of humor too. After moving to Florida, Yvonne continued to keep me posted on how her parents were doing. She would share stories of talks with her mom. I enjoyed hearing every one of them, it was sure to be a hilarious one! I am so honored to have known Lina. And although I had not seen her through the years since they moved to Florida I always still felt close to her with the great stories Yvonne shared.
I will forever have sweet memories of her. May God give her eternal rest and bless her with his glory as she reunites with her husband (Waldy) and daughter (Diana).
Billo or as many of us knew her, Titi Billo captured the heart of anyone who got to know her. Personally I will never forget her charming smile and awesome sense of humor. I met her in 1989, when I moved to Florida without any blood relatives. You can say she was my tit in law, yet the in-law part could be left out. Many years of family Christmas, card or dominoes night or just hanging out nights were spent in her home. She cooked delicious meals and had such funny and cute stories of her younger days. She gave awesome advice on life. These days I hold dear to my heart as I will the time spent with titi Billo. She always made me feel like true family. At a time in my life where this young girl moved away from everything she ever knew, she welcomed me in her home along with Tuto and her beautiful daughter Yvonne. Thank you for the unconditional love I am eternally grateful.
Words alone can’t ever express the love I have for this woman. She was so many things to me.. she was my commuting partner in NY, is my best friends mom, the best cook, and one of the funniest people I know. She consoled me when I was sick, made me laugh when I was sad and always made everything seem better. I never saw her sad, she was always happy.. Lena is the epitome of what a perfect human is. I will miss her, but I know when I look in Yvonne’s eyes I will see her, rest in eternal peace my beautiful Lena
There is not enough room on this memorial to express what you mean me.
I had the privilege of caring for you to the good times and not-so-good times. We shared great conversations and a hell of a lot of laughs. You brightened up so many people's lives via Facebook with our videos that's so many loved. You gave great advice that I will continue to apply throughout my days. Your sense of humor was priceless. If only people had a drop of the sincerity that you carried within your heart, this world would be a better place.
Now you can be with your handsome guy. Don't forget to stay watching over me. I'll still need your blessing.🙏
I love you Titi. 💕Rest in eternal peace.🙏

I Still remember our BEAUTIFUL time at 250 as neighbor's. She will be truly missed and that beautiful smile, laugh, and great heart. She is at her resting place with your Dad (waldy) and my girl best friend Diana, how i miss her. May she rest in peace and may GOD and the Angels carry her, to her resting place. "May God's love bring you comfort and peace during this difficult time."
