Today, May 6, I found this while making plans for a trip to FL next spring. I was hoping to get together, and reconnecting after all these years. Going to work at your dad's restaurant, and working there was one of the best things to happen in my life. Your dad was like a dad to me, and you were like a brother. I met Bill our first year of college. He became a tremendous friend and eventually a roommate. With distance and family responsibilities, we didn't see each other in person the last 20 years but kept in touch virtually. Just a wonderful person that I'm honored to have called friend. I first met Bill and Annie as they were donating their time to cook in the church kitchen. They greeted everyone with smiles and kindness and were instantly loved by all who came in contact with them. When Bill got sick he frequently would come to the healing Chapel for special intention prayers to heal him. It was a honor and privilege to pray for him and his wife. in honor of William.

I remember when Annie worked at night at the Legion post in Dunedin. Bill would come in way before closing and start the cleanup for her. He moved every chair, and every barstool and swept the floor every crumb. He would take out all the trash. And we would always have some good conversation. It’s just another fine example of the devotion this very special couple had for each other. He was a very kind and gentle and caring and happy young man, who always had a smile for everybody. His character and personality were definitely a rare find. God is, indeed, very lucky to have such a special man in heaven.
