Pat, Kate and Mary: I will miss your dad so much. I always called him "my boyfriend" cause we always chatted and shared memories over coffee and cookies. His stories about the Merchant Marines were funny and informative about all the countries/places he visited. He was the best. He always spoke so highly of you girls, and I enjoyed meeting you and your brother's son and his family. You were so lucky to have had such a great dad.
